Tighten the caliper guide pin bolts to 42 Nm 31 ft. I cleaned up the area, welded a nice flat washer in there, and due to time constraints, I just put a long grade 8 bolt in there with nut on the bottom with another good size flat washer. Even when I did get it out, I soaked and torched it until it eventually came loose.
