As Delilah is not Dolly's biological mother, it's very difficult for her to get her approval as she always ends up liking Dylan more, proven in the opening scene where Dolly tries to give Delilah a surprise for Mother's Day involving orchids, all while being oblivious to the fact thst Delilah is allergic to them. I like that we get to see a full episode chronicling Dolly and Hansel and their relationship.

With the most recent realise of any 101 Dalmatians movie being in 2003, I was surprised to see a cartoon based on our favourite pups in the modern world. It doesn't really pull me in as much as its sister episode but I do appreciate the idea.
