I finally got one of these the fit and finish was outstanding I painted mine camel tan it took the paint with no issues it did need some slight trimming here and there but not much! Tighten the screws to 2.
I hope someone makes Dodge accountable to fixing this problem. So lost So my problem is in the odometer spot it reads no bus and my check engine light is on I have had 3 different code readers read it and pulls no codes but check engine light is still on I have heard the no bus will make it do that. Bought this to replace my busted dash. Even though it is an older vehicle I don't believe it should be in this poor condition. I don't mind the two tone as most cars have a two toned dash anyways. This definetly reduces the amount of screws you have to reinstall so take note, you will have leftover screws. Install the end cap onto the left end of the instrument panel.
Most of these dashboards are black, so painting them may not be neccessary. The contact stated that the vehicle's dashboard is detaching and deteriorating in clumps. I am babying it hoping this comes up a recall even though it is years later. I would not suggest you get a replacement dash board from your Dodge dealer. That is a seperate failure. All Dodge Ram dash boards seem to be cracking! The instrument panel has two self-docking wire harness connectors that will be automatically aligned with, and connected to the instrument cluster connector receptacles when the cluster is installed in the instrument panel. This dash cap is perfect for the do-it-yourselfer. The dashboard had a cover glued to it when the vehicle was purchased to hide the damage. There is tax for orders within Florida. Position the instrument cluster to the instrument panel. The current mileage was 99,000 and failure mileage was 97,000.

I refuse to get taken on a defective part. I was taking off the old cruddy dash, left the new one on the floor, and when it was time to needing it, it was in all cracked and broken! I have read no bus means that the instrument cluster is not receiving the required information it needs to operate I am wondering which wires this operates on so I can trouble shoot these to see if it's just a simple wiring issue i. The broken components that you are referring to is the dash frame, and I am not aware of anyone that sells an aftermarket replacement but some dealers do still have them available. Both were done by our company and we know they fit. It is recommended to cut and splice one wire at a time to help prevent accidentally splicing the wrong wires together. I can almost remove each section little piece by piece.

Not one tear or stain in the seating. All the other holes lined up. I heard that it's the sun that cracks it. The trim around the indicators looks very very fragile and I know me, I'll break that piece of fragile plastic.
