I am not a mechanic. I was told that Mercedes did not even want Chrysler to put a dipstick tube in the trans. Get someone to show you! So the hell with it. Remove this fitting, as you will have to re-use it. With Lucas you can not go wrong. They were both hesitant over this whole transmission fluid change.
