Not sure if it is one big problem clutch kit or a multitude of smaller problems where a simple fluid change could cure a symptom or two. I just had the transmission fluid changed last week. Once my car is heated up the car battles to change gears, the revs peak past 4 then it changes hard with a bang. I replaced the tires, had them balanced, alignment done, rebalanced. Could this be caused by the need to change the fluid or do you have another possible cause. We say change it every 50k! Shortly after the warranty expired, and 10,481 miles after a dealer maintenance check, the brake light indicator began flashing. The constant velocity joints are tight, the movement is obvious at the point the driveshaft enters the transmission. They can figure out what part or repair kit you need. A rebuild may be needed. This will be your best bet when diagnosing. Fill and drain plug locations. The bearing is apparently not getting a proper supply of fluid. I would suggest replacing it. While the transmission bearings are not as sensitive as the engine bearings, they can still exhibit wear from these particles in the oil.
