Park the vehicle on level ground, when cold remove coolant filler cap, start engine and leave to idle, turn heater on full and blower to max. Can you advise where else I need to do? When engine reaches operating temperature watch and listen near coolant filler, keep clear as gurgling and hopefully a boil over should occur.

If it's moving and still no cool are careful touch the pipes coming from the compressor, one is you hi side and the other low side. Can you advise where else I need to do? What are gauge readings , Is the compressor engaging? If its inside, than you have an old pulley. Those I have seen fail also. Also there is a refridgerant pressure sensor and if that is faulty it will give the wrong readings to the computer which in turn will not give the correct voltage to the relay which would make it to where the relay would engage the compressor clutch. It appears we have an Air lock scenario and you will need to perform a system Bleed. This has happen before, the first time I took it to one shop, they said I had a pin size hole which is caused the feron to leak.
