Of course is not covered by Nissan. They agreed to cover the part and labor. The lower control arms were replaced at that time, however the fuel sensor was not as it was an additional expense we could not pay for out of pocket. Took it to the shop and the same thing. But the car wasn't moving fast. I have read this online where other owners have this issue so there has to be a defect in the vehicle. And this also can happened when I was driving my car.
