Looking at the wireing diagram, it seems that it is the Alternator fuse which is in a block with other stuff. The 4 cylinders have a chain. On Sienna chat, there are very few water pump failures. I'm not really worried about concerns 1 - 3 anymore. What year and mileage Camry? Took it back to the mechanic and he told me the head gasket was blown and had to be replaced. The 4 cylinder engine has a timing chain. He started clearing borderline path all around property to work his way to center of property. The exact same engine teardown and labor is required to do both jobs and the chances that the original water pump will last you another 90,000 miles is slim and none.
