With the cover off you will see the engine lift point eye hook at the front of the driver side cylinder bank. All items were replaced at which time fuel pressure returned to 55 psi and the vehicle was able to be driven normally. Also, the bushings on the alternator bracket can be backed out and adjusted with an allen wrench from the front, like tree man suggested.
