Once gone the resetting procedure is complete. I've been running Pennzoil Conventional for 5W-20 6K miles and Pennzoil Platinum for 12K miles. Although I am certain it won't take too long to change my oil in the future, I don't know that it's worth it. Make sure the new filter is snug in the housing, but do not over-tighten.
