First, I took the headlight and dimmer switch panel off. One side just prys off, the other has a tab that holds it into place. Would definitely recommend this over an aftermarket system. Many a time's radio asks for the code after car battery is disconnected. Got the first email saying they still had the car I asked about on Monday. You will need a torq screwdriver of the right size to remove the radio. Squeeze them together and push the plug through the firewall. Fifth, there are I think 7 or 8 push-clips that are undone simply by pulling the dash panel. Give it a pull if you can to get some slack, if not you can get it later Step 8. Its been a while since I ve changed out my radio but I don't believe you have to remove the dashboard. I may just leave mine as is.
