When I found a vehicle I was willing to buy, I talked with the manager who wanted me to pay full price for the car. I wouldn't dare going against a g35 or mustang at a red light but as a overall package the e46 bmw out performs them both. Still waiting for my promised refund several days later. Very dirty office and bathrooms, left feeling dirty. It's not the fastest but it sure puts a smile on my face. Instead of being a salesman, he turned very rude. I made a counter offer for a lower price because it needed new tires, a battery, and a detail to remove a sticky substance from the paint.
Felt like we were being pudhed into the sale! So I did leave a deposit and they were quick to take the money. I live about an hour away from the dealer. There is nothing about this place that's professional, I would tell anyone not to buy from there. When I did the man I talked to insulted my family member who is very knowledgeable with the vehicle. Whom he does not know. The manager said I was wasting his time and that he was not going to sell me anything.
If you think I'm just a angry customer, just drive by the lot a look at the facility and then trust your own instincts. Evidently he doesn't understand how negotiations are handled. I called and canceled my visit and test drive. . I roamed the lot for at least 20 mins and no one asked it I needed help. The car is heavy, you dont't feel like you c. What alot of people think is the faster the car the better.
Did not listen to much that we told them about what we needed as far as finances go. Which made it the final straw for me. More wrong with car then they knew car that we had to point out to them. After further research on the particular vehicle. .
