The factory drum at 200 psi of line pressure netted us a 4479lbs of clamping load. Rotating Clutch Drum Assembly and Clutch Packs: Clutch modifications are generally one of the most impactive and important items that can be upgraded in any transmission. All of our rebuild kits come complete with a pump bushing, sump filter and spin on filter where applicable. When designing the drum we were able to change the piston apply area giving us a nice boost in clamping force.
