It's a diffrent fuse than the lower brake lights. Continue until clean fluid comes out with no air in it. It is high-mounted in the center of the back window. BoholMark answered 4 years ago It's not a fuse. The fix was to use a narrow diameter pipe cleaner and Q-tips with some contact cleaner on them, brake cleaner or alcohol might have worked ok also. Some components may have multiple fuses, so make sure you check all of the fuses that are linked to the component in question.
