This only has to do with the fuel system having low to no fuel pressure. If it isn't printed on the oil cap, check your owners manual for the exact type before adding new oil. Remove the fuel pump relay with a pair of relay-pullers. Use goggles to protect gas splash. Make four additional attempts to start the engine, to depressurize the fuel system.
I have never owned a vehicle without having an owner's manual. If you cannot, lower the tank until access to wiring harness and fuel line disconnects can be made. Do in a well ventilated area. Then, turn the engine off. Either you know the answer or you don't.
