We are always on the lookout for talented candidates who are curious about the world around them and passionate about entertainment. Gianna totally wants Cindy to not talk again ever. Richy says McKaylee is the dancer who most consistently applies corrections, but Abby wants her to make wiser decisions. But if you saw the whole show she told her mother prior to that statement. Well, she might have been. She has gotten better and better through each week, picking up choreography better, she's trying to turn her feet out, she stretches every night for that flexibility and she is getting better with it… I'm newly divorced so Gianna and I have been through a lot.
Melanie gets extreme when she overhears the others mothers talking about her daughter's weaknesses. I believe once she finds her Prince Charming she will come to work with less stress on her shoulders and happy. JoJo is an expert plsssssshh-er. Abby says she has no criticism. She wants to choose Gianna next, but Jessalynn wants her to pick Trinity. Speaking of taking things personally, Abby crabs at her that she should have picked a slower, contemporary solo.
Tyler is with Jojo and Trinity in a Hip-Hop based performance. Gianna is next with her Zombie Dreams. Kendall does not even deserve a mention with McKaylee, Gianna, Trinity, Kalani, Maddie, Chloe etc. The girls head into rehearsal. She just hopes that can translate into her dance. Also, I never saw McKaylee or Giana ever do hip hop, but Trinity had to do lyrical twice.
Anybody care to guess who we hear from first? As Miller, Antin and Jackson must make the sometimes easy and other times difficult decision to eliminate one dancer each week, the intense on stage competition and stakes between dancers and mothers increase throughout the season - culminating with a finale performance that assuredly will change the winning dancer's life forever. Meanwhile, one dancer struggles with the hip-hop trio and when the judges can't decide who should go home, that can mean only one thing — a dance-off. The winner's mom gets to decide which dancers land in the bottom three, leading to new fights and some surprise allegiances. Abby stands by her assessment that a lyrical solo would have better suited the girl. At the same time, if you are going to be serious about the dance world and show business you better be ready for criticism, it will come and it will be hard and mean. After witnessing that mom make one of the girls break into tears, two of the other mothers join forces and conjure up a demon, unleashing on the other mom claiming she is being fake. Alliances begin to form and the dance floor heats up as the youngest contestant rubs one of the moms the wrong way.
But overall, I thought the Top 3 were all excellent and I would have been happy with any of them winning. Then she loses her footing, stumbles backward and falls on her Daisy-Duked butt. She seems the one that would get the most out of it and most technically trained and talented dancer left as far as ballet goes. Please keep up the clever recap. I also agree that McKaylee deserves to win.
Kevin brings the Top 3 and their moms out on stage, and surprises them with video messages. McKaylee picks the contemporary Cleopatra solo. Lifetime has ordered 26 all-new hour-long episodes of the series, which will return next year. Jessalynn is shocked to see that Gianna is in the final three; each is going to have a team of dancers, Trinity has Travis and Tyler. And, one pair must overcome their physical differences in order to become the perfect dancing machines.
Win or lose Cindy believes that this is all worth it. I also liked that it was longer. Gianna is next with Falling. Here are the chosen solos, if you want to refresh your memory. And here they come, JoJo shrieking like the baby bamshee that she is.
May the best dancer win! The two other moms come in and watch Trinity practice and they keep making negative comments about Trinity. When one mom throws another mom under the bus, things get ugly. People are just stating facts. And you will be surprise what brings these pre-teens and teenagers over the edge. Gianna vs McKaylee was a very interesting final two: on the one hand, all technique and execution, but missing that spark at some points; on the other, vast improvement but not as solid on the technical background, but unbelievable, unchallenged heart. I would never chose to do that to my kid, and if I did do that, I would know that they would be judged-especially acting like that.
Did you all enjoy season 2 of Abby's Ultimate Dance Competition? These cards were used to bring back dancers that were eliminated. Richy gives them double finger wiggles because of how well their performance was. Again, her mother is the culprit. Cindy says she dances like a baby compared to Asia, leaving out the part where they both are babies and have no business dancing the way they are in the first place. Each judge was given one, with them only being able to use it once.
