Tried and tried, disabled Fastboot, tried with restart, warm boot, cold boot. When I look at the computermanagement I see the recovery partition and system say its ok. Start your computer and press the F9 key on your keyboard until you see a loading screen. It will work from there. Though if your system is older you might get lucky and Windows 10 will have your network drivers wifi or ethernet , though to be sure, I would at least consider downloading them.

From there you should be able to reset or refresh your system if needed. I also tried using the Asus recovery utlity that is supposed to launch directly to the recovery partition console but that launched me to the Windows recovery environement which as mentioned earlier didn't work. Could even be a bad drive.
