The next day the check engine light came on. Automobile engines need to keep cool if they are to maintain operational status. Ive been complaining about a thump sound coming from right rear end when I hit bumps they tell me they hear nothing. They had it for two days, no luck. I still have concerns due to a strong coolant smell from under hood after normal operation.
The engine types may include 1. My wife will be taking it to the shop for the 6th time in 4 months later today. Been back to dealer approx. Started vehicle about ten minutes into drive, could smell coolant from engine and vehicle slowed and chimes came on with dash reading: engine overheated stop car and turn off engine. I had my coolant flange replaced a second time. I had noted a decrease in the engine coolant level, but no pooling under the car. The leak is not bad yet but my wife is taking it to the dealership tomorrow. Hose then re-connected but disconnected again immediately on acceleration. Got in it the next day and it drove fine! Oh, and the depreciation is so bad, I could never get rid of this car. Does anyone have any advice? This was bs because I bought the car for gas mileage. Repair took 2 days as the pump was not in stock.
You don't want to use a steel wire brush or sandpaper. Three trips totaling 10 days in the shop. I have been keeping an eye on the coolant and making sure it stays where it needs to. I am trying to keep it for a bit longer so that I can save for a down payment but you bet I am not purchasing another Chevy product. When I may mention of this to dealer service told it was normal 37097 km Leaking Water Pump caused total loss of coolant. Oil pan gasket was removed and replaced.
I see what looks like smoke come out of the vents every now and then. I had experienced the same issue. Why are we letting Chevy get away with ripping people off? It smells like antifreeze when the heater is on. Unfortunately, as much as I want to believe in this company they bolted a plastic coolant housing directly to a high temperature area of the engine. I took it back the following day for oil leaking on top of the motor. You can avoid getting stranded by identifying signs of extreme wear before they break and fixing minor leaks promptly.
How ironic my warrenty went out 3 months ago, never received any mail to extend it…anywho. Took to dealer as it forums said it could be a potential issue, turns out oil change place didn't tighten the oil filter enough. That the car needs a new engine, and i am awaiting word today, to see if G. I was only 2 blocks from the dealers as we are a small town. It gets horribly hot inside the vehicle.

In another situation, a consumer is complaining of. This is a non-quoted item and the price fluctuates; we have to get pricing each time an order is placed. Its going to the shop tomorrow for an overheating message on the dash and a coolant leak or thermostat issue. Coolant is literally leaking out of any possible place it can inside my engine block…. I see that there have been many complaints about this. I cannot get Chevrolet to fix this and they said that they'll not fix it just replace coolant just for 2016 after then they'll not replace leaked coolant. It now has 60,000 miles on it. Keeping your Cruze in top shape is your top priority. Which at the time I could barely afford to live, let alone pay ridiculous car repair bill.
Calling dealer tmrw to take in. It takes about twenty days for a film to develop on the windshield. Thin lips slide under tight hose quickly.
