I tried most of the solutions here abt finding a battery n other stuff but the easiest way i think is to just hit it. I suggest to use ScpToolkit, just google it and follow an tutorial on how to install it, and you wont have any problems with using your Controller. So something has broken during these last 2 days. Thank you for the response but I finally figured out a fix. There hasn't been any patches to the game, so the problem is probably on Steam side. Hey guys, I did everything Joval said on a fresh copy of Windows7 and it works great when the controller is plugged in, but I cant use it wirelessly. No problems building the Crazyflie.
Also, don't forget to remove everything related to MotionInJoy before attempting this. You must get in touch with Sony support for controller drivers. Either way, uninstall the driver for the controller and unplug the controller, plug the controller back in and reinstall the driver. Any advice would be appreciatied! Under Sound, video and game controllers, select your sound card, open it, select the Driver tab, and select Update Driver. And it recognized it, but my controller just kept on flashing. I have a simple method to make your controller work, if you're interested, read below, including the warnings. Ok here is the fix that works for me. I'm interested in knowing if anyone else is experiencing the same issues, or if you've figured out a fix. So it's about trust really. I've spent two days looking up reasons why and tried them those attempts listed below but nothing worked, so I figured it was just dead. But on Device manager, it does not have an yellow exclamation point next to it and is buried in a Human Interface folder and is noted to be working properly. Moreover, if the trouble persists after the try with a known good battery, obviously the problem is elsewhere in the device and its most likely not worth the time and money. Might be something wrong with your cables.

And yes I have motionjoy, but I'm trying to get this working the way it's expected to through Steam. If you're not sure, just go with analog gamepad 2, then press the enable button. I had been trying for over a week to get the client software loaded now successfully. So I said screw it and bought a wired Xbox controller. This may be a novice mistake, but I was having a hard time finding a solution on google. Tried disabling my signature drivers while on the computer, and also tried the shift+restart and disabling it from there too.

I needed to keep my bluetooth adapter available for other devices mouse and keyboard , so that was the easiest way of doing it for me. Certainly the battery has drained and should can be replaced.
