As this episode showed this ship is full of nasty surprises so it would make sense to finally have a good look around. No leadership skills, no piloting skills, no tech skills. This still reminds me of a mediocre video game with 5 as the player. That's two strikes for Dark Matter, in one episode. I'm calling it - the ship guys are all clones. It may be the card for the android? I assume he shot himself to cover it up? He also may be in cahoots with the Android considering it stopped it's attack on the crew in Episode 1 when it got a good look at his face.
Although I'm on the verge of saying, fuck it, I'm done, I'm actually really enjoying the nitpicking and eye rolling. The android has a super funny way of stating the obvious. Remember, the television vulture is watching your shows. And when you bleed to death, you lose consciousness, thus closing your eyes. Seriously, what the hell was this about? I can't say the show is precisely knocking it out of the park with the characters so far, and considering that the characters and what happened to them account for basically all of the show's long term prospects it's not looking too promising. But contrary to One and Two I think this was just a one-episode-thing where they're trying to find the right tone for her. Every time she shows up, I feel heretofore unknown rage at her character and her acting.
In fact, I think this show needs a lot more evolved cats and vindaloo. Season Three Ratings The averaged a 0. Watch the series trailer How Can I Watch This Show? Or he's lying that he lost it, another possibility. And where did the blood go after he bled to death? The pattern for the series seems to be mostly ho-hum episode with a big twist or hook in the last second that makes you want to see the next episode, even though you spent the previous 57 minutes knitting while occasionally glancing at the screen. There was always something happening in every episode, right to the last minute and they always left you with a cliffhanger.
I kind of wish it had. Do something other than the completely expected move on Two. They seem to be doing all the lazy things in the relationship building department. Well One remains the most useless character on the show I deal with Evil-Eyeliner-One later. When the ship mysteriously veers off course, suggestions of sabotage abound, fueling the onboard paranoia.
I can completely understand them wanting to save the android. One is no Simon, he just sucks. It just jumped the queue on my re-read list. They seem to be doing all the lazy things in the relationship building department. Edited July 2, 2015 by FurryFury This episode felt a bit better than the previous two. Simon, and Simon was one of my favorite Firefly characters. I am sick of ZoieeøE Palmer.
Three might be annoying as hell but he's consistent. Will these amnesiacs turn their backs on history, or will their pasts catch up with them? In fact, I think this show needs a lot more evolved cats and vindaloo. I like where this is going. For all they know, it could cost half the price of the ship itself. Also, knowing Joss, Simon would have turned into a morally ambiguous criminal mastermind a few seasons later and I'd have loved him anyway. Aw, I kind of like One, but I'm a sucker for earnest good guys.
Facing threats at every turn, they have to work together to survive a voyage charged with vengeance, betrayal and hidden secrets. They were all acting like the android was a person and it's not. This is probably the part where she gives the android some order to in the case of stuff being tested not reveal that she is lying. Speaking of One, please tell me that they didn't give him the evil goatee. And his moral high ground talk is getting tiring. Non-Comic Reader Speculation: Watching episode one closely shows that our Jace is probably the saboteur, being alarmed that the Android can repair her memory.
Roger Cross is so good and I really like him, and the shit disturber and the aloof Asian guy. The television vulture is watching all the latest cancellation and renewal news, so this page is the place to track the status of Dark Matter season four. Their memories wiped clean, they have no recollection of who they are or how they got on board. Of course, one assumes the second Jace Corso knows the name Jace Corso's pretty wanted so why just give his name out like that? Spread out some hints if you want me to keep watching. The cast was fresh and magnetic.
This made me scratch my head as well. Only Three and Five seems to have had the idea so far. One assumes she asked the android to check the terminal activity the moment she heard that stuff from Five. If the writing and acting are there the budget constraints become a lot more bearable. I do better with names than numbers and can only remember that 2 is the self appointed leader. Simon, and Simon was one of my favorite Firefly characters. To be fair, playing an android is pretty hard.
