I have still never gotten it to work, despite trying a number of things. Things have not changed much and you may like it better. Reserving my opinion on Windows 10 as I have just begun using it. I had an hp computer that ran windows 7. Photoshop Elements automatically divides, straightens, and saves each photo separately. I updated to Windows 10 yesterday and now when I pull up my edited photos it changes the resolution of the photos. It appears that someone has figured out how to make Photoshop Elements at least, Elements 12 work with Windows 10. Upgraded to Windows 10 approx. Have you ever tried to call them for help? Every time I try the various options that Adobe offers it always comes down to purchasing the program again. That was okay with me since the functions I did use still worked. Personally, I have not had your menu problem, but if I had, I would go forwarded to a newer version at once. I have, long ago, stripped out the Windows 10 download; and reloaded Windows 7. Of course, Adobe know if their software is compatible with W10, but if you say it was working on a W7 machine that was upgraded to W10, you could try installing it in compatibility mode. Here is a snapshot of the standard batch conversion window. It's not exactly clear why Adobe isn't currently able to fix the issue without action on the user's part, but Windows 10 S users willing to get their hands dirty will finally be able to actually use the app. If so, Could you see if the brush pressure box is greyed out.
