Please ensure the cylinder 1 camshaft lobes are pointing towards each other at apx 45degree angle, i they are not, give the flywheel one more full rotation until the cams do point to each other. This will drain majority of coolant from the car. Having completed this procedure once, the second time around took less than an hour including reattching the undertray. Trapped air can prevent proper coolant circulation. As is just so happens, I do have an engineering background but to be honest anyone with a bit of mechanical sympathy and patience can do the job. I just ordered my tank so I'm hoping to do it and possibly clean the idle control valve too before the snow comes.
