Is there anyone who can help with this? I was having the same issue, but with a little research I was able to get everything to work. Read my other post to know a little more info. The username is also correct because when I do the password reset, I type in the same exact username I try to log in with in the password recovery prompt and it gets sent to the correct email. If not, guess I got to wait til monday to speak with support. The hackers even created some garbage user name for this forum account! I still have a working security token and I never transferred my token to my phone and it has been impossible as far as I can tell to even contact Square enix to speak to anyone because before I can call them I need to fill out a on line form to get a ticket number but it first asks me to log into my account lol. Or at least make sure they've received my email. It used to work just fine. I really don't wanna screw up the registration. How can I fix this? Currently I leave it blank.
I feel defeated oh never mind. But to get the registration password I need to get into the account management. Since the token died and I can't remove the token without the password what do I do now? Good to know its an external problem and not internal my fault. Now I'm just hoping for a quick response via email. Thanks I will not be waiting a week sorry, they have until tomorrow at the latest and then im returning the game this is ridiculous support and I use that term loosely. I still need to get it fix though. This has been going on for about 3 days or so but I haven't received any email for the game registration, although I have been able to create an account for the square-enix store, it does not link up to the final fantasy game. I cant log in eather. I got the expansion on disc this time, installed it, registered it but the damn game won't let me play. Could just be a slight delay. You don't need the one time password or security token to log in, just leave it blank. I changed my password 4 times last night.
Is this even where I need to be looking in order to register to be able to use the iPhone App? There are only two options, one for those who have an account and one for those who don't. I love your products but man. I put it in and put the other one in, that came with it for this site. I downloaded the game to my ps4, entered all the codes. Automatic deduction thru my Card every 3 months and I couldn't play it at all.
Please let us know if you can figure this out! I never used that and just left that empty when I made my account and when I linked in, ect ect ect I just had a ruff day fighting this. Any help is really appreciated with this because I just don't know what to do to get back in the game. . They locked my account because I changed it so much.
