Women are pretty much normal, with a couple inherent traits. However, this is an incredibly short series. Betas are smaller, and This is the start of a novel that has been broken into three parts. By the time I got to the last page, I was heaving for my next breath. It might be a little uncomfortable. The intelligent, ambitious, but somewhat naive Lillian had no idea what she was getting into when she accepted a job working for her mentor and idol, Dr. This is only the first installment, so we haven't been formally introduced to the hero, or dare I say antihero.
Pulse-pounding danger, heart-seizing action, compelling drama, undeniable attraction, inescapable submission, explosive passion, and steamy sex-you bet! Did I like this book? Yes it has a lot of the same aspects as the Alpha's Claim series but at the same time due to the incredibly short length of it, it doesn't have the same well done world building as the other. The beast who took me against my will and tied my soul to his so tightly I can no longer breathe without him. Ash always balances her steamy storylines with lots of danger, drama, angst, suspense, conflict, and enough plot twists to keep you guessing. Her slow realization that she is an Ome That girl did what in a room full of Alphas?! I've been a fan for years and race to Amazon every time she has a new release and Ash didn't disappoint in Taken! This is a deep, dark, erotic romance that is absolutely feral. This author clearly doesn't value her fans other wise she would drasticly reduce the prices on these immediately! Needless to say, I one-clicked like a crazy woman! So I knocked off a star for that in my review. Each takes off where the last left off, and none are terribly long. The story grabbed me from the first page and I didn't put it down until the very last page.
Nora Ash sucks you in and doesn't let you go until the end of the book. But the down side is she's out of her job indefinitely. To continue shopping at Indigo. It is so very worth experiencing. It is well written, includes some action, a bit of mystery and some super hot, erotic scenes Alpha: Taken, by Nora Ash, is the first of 3 novellas in her Omegaverse series. Hopefully 351 would be able to find enough words to help me convince one of the big news networks to spread the word of the abuse going on in this lab.
This incident reeks havoc on Leigh's life. It is well written, includes some action, a bit of mystery and some super hot, erotic scenes that are sizzling. I hate it because she does write good stories even if the leading lady is stupid as all get out, but I'm just not okay with handing someone my money when it's so obvious they're ripping me off. Fabulous entertainment and an awesome read! Obsession is the first book in Nora Ash's second suspense-filled Omegaverse serial, Feral. Poor Leigh does not understand what has happened to her nor can she figure out why all the Alpha males in the room begin to act violently towards one another.
I just love when an unlikely heroine finds her courage and decides to champion the long-suffering hero or antihero as the case may be. Then my past came knocking at my door. Yep, that is correct I still don't know her first name. I loved the opening with the heroine Presenting in a room full of Alphas and the sense of mystery, although I rolled my eyes a bit at her some of her decisions. That is why I only gave this 2 stars.
One of the things I love most about Ash's writing is her ability to write harsh, gruff, growly, and bad to the bone alpha antiheroes and somehow make them sexy, engaging, and endearing to the reader. Solve any problem if I just applied my brain. How to make him submit. Alpha: Taken by Nora Ash is the first book in her Omegaverse series and it was a very erotic read. Want your I never thought being saved from pain, degradation and death could come at such a twisted price. I've been a fan for years and race to Amazon every time she has a new release and Ash didn't disappoint in Obsession! I went to university, studied science and told myself my academic cocoon would protect me from the alphas dominating our society.
That and a whole lot more! Please note: This series gets dark, and it gets dirty. I've already purchased the second and third books, Alpha Masquerade and Alpha Mated, which I intend to dive into immediately! And this is only the first installment! I may have actually swooned after reading Taken, the first book of the Alpha Omegaverse serial by Nora Ash! And be forewarned, it's dark, dirty, and hot, hot, hot! It took everything I had not to glance down his naked body as I placed the bag of clothes in his outstretched hand rather than my own palm. Or will her selfless act of conscience cost her everything? The one thing my books always have in common, though?. Anyhow, besides that, the book is an awesome read. If he demands my submission in return, how can I deny him? Poor Leigh does not understand what has happened to her nor can she figure out why all the Alpha males in the room begin to act violently towards one another. There are two more books in this serial and both are already available. In total you only get 130 pages of story.
I definitely advise against reading in polite company! Since this is only the first installment, it makes it difficult to rate the story but so far, so good. It's often difficult to get a good grasp on a story after only one installment, but there's enough for me to know there's a very special connection between the kindhearted Lillian and imprisoned feral test subject alpha. If you've never read Omegaverse fan fiction, don't knock it till you've tried it! Ash's Omegaverse stories are very much character driven, as is most Omegaverse Fiction, meaning the characters are the primary component or what I like to call 'the driving force' of the story. But the piece de resistance of every Ash story is her cast of always unique and intriguing characters. Since our Omega lady is in such a heat, she shamelessly beg the masked Alpha to fuck her. This incident reeks havoc on Leigh's life.
