Brayker has to get the the 8 humans trapped inside through the night and orient his replacement. When the Sheriff decides to take Brayker and The Collector to the police station since both cars were stolen, The Collector kills him with a powerful punch. The movie ends when the new demon knight and a new Collector cross paths. Armed with automatic weapons, sacred blood and sadistic humor, Brayker and the strong-willed Jeryline Jada Pinkett-Smith, Gotham must lead the other guests in a gruesome battle against the Collector and his evil horde of ghouls. The Collector is unable to get in the place and uses his power to tempt each person inside the inn. On the run from wicked mercenaries for almost 90 years, Brayker finally stops in at a boarding house in New Mexico where -- with the help of its quirky residents -- he plans to face off against the Collector and his band of ghouls, preventing them from ever seizing the key. In his obsessive quest for the key, the Collector rallies an army of ghastly cadavers against Brayker and the inhabitants of a run-down hotel.
The demons and the humans battle back and forth until the Collector's army is completely wiped out and Brayker and his new recruit, Jeryline Jada Pinkett Smith prepare for a final battle with the Collector for the survival of the human race. He unsuccessfully tries to heist a car and stumbles upon the alcoholic Uncle Willy. But the human race is safe only so long as Brayker can evade the demonic Collector Billy Zane, Titanic who has gathered the other six keys. Shortly after Brayker's car breakdown, Zane slams into it going over 100 m. However Brayker uses the relic to expel The Collector to outside and he uses his blood on the soil to create demons. It contains the blood of Jesus, and deceased demon knights. They crash and Brayker flees from the spot.

The movie was a success for the most part and seeing how we are still talking about it to this day, it obviously was somewhat of a hit. Rounding everything out is a trailer, still gallery and two new commentaries, one with Director Ernest Dickerson and the other with Special Effects Creator Todd Masters, Visual Effects Supervisor John Van Vliet, Special Effects Coordinator Thomas Bellissimo, and Demon Performer Walter Phelan. It was the first Tales from the Crypt movie to come out, with a planned trilogy the second being and the third being , but not really. When the crook Roach, he tells about the attempt of theft of a car, the suspicious Irene calls the Sheriff that comes with his Deputy and The Collector that tries to retrieve the relic.

However Brayker uses blood from the relic to protect the inn. How can you not love this movie? He is being chased by a demon named the collector, Billy Zane who is after an ancient relic that Brayker has. A mysterious drifter known as Brayker William Sadler possesses the last of seven ancient keys that hold the power to stop the forces of darkness and protect all humanity from ultimate evil.
Also, there is the entire scene with Dick Miller hanging out with some topless chicks. I did not notice any sort of sharpening issues and with the movie being placed most at night, the black levels are consistent throughout. However Brayker uses the relic to expel The Collector to outside and he uses his blood on the soil to create demons. Demon Knight is pure bliss, wrapped and hand delivered by the Crypt Keeper himself. . However Brayker uses blood from the relic to protect the inn. It never takes itself seriously and instead just has a blast spewing gore and laughs. If The Collector gets the last key, the universe will fall into Chaos, and he has been tracking Brayker all the way to a small inn in a nowhere town. Brayker goes with Willy to the inn where he checks in with the owner Irene. Infested with a talented cast, thrilling special effects and the Crypt Keeper's deadpan delights, Demon Knight delivers diabolical fun and a body of frights. There is a wonderful 40-minute Making of with most of the cast, with the exception being Jada Pinkett-Smith, who I guess is just too important now.
