Interesting enough, I saw the cast, and again was intrigued. When Carter enters, Trey presents his idea about where to seat their parents. But when his younger brother Clark Duke gets engaged, Carter is forced to reunite his bitterly divorced parents and their new spouses Amy Poehler and Ken Howard for the wedding, causing the chaos of his childhood to return. I believed in and cared about them as the central couple, with Scott struggling to deal with the chaos created by others and Winstead the voice of reason in his life.
