The film incorporates scenes from two of Leone's earlier shorts, The 9th Circle, and Terrifier, which also featured the character of Art the Clown. The first features a young woman who is drugged and kidnapped by Art the Clown while waiting for a bus. A collage of bloodstained knives, a hacksaw with remnants of human flesh, and a still life of the girl fully carved with obscene words. Second, yes the film is graphic, but certainly no more than a hundred others released in the past decade, many of which were very popular. I don't know who thought up of the alien thing but it was the best thing I had seen in a long time, I haven't laughed that much in ages! The final short has a 70s grind-house look, maybe the best of the three. The second features a woman living in a new countryside home who begins to experience strange occurrences. I'm right there in the middle.
But to my surprise this movie turned out to be rather good. However, the sequel not only drops the ball but also feels like a lazy slap to the face. If you want more of what the first Hallows Eve had, you won't find it here. It can't be bargained with. It's definitely strong enough to let the audience suspend their disbelief, which is after all the name of the game.
ยป I don't have a clever intro to this review, so I'm just going to cut to the chase. The truth is that All Hallows' Eve is a tense, entertaining horror film alive with creativity, realistic effects, and inspired direction. Producer Jesse Baget viewed Terrifier via , which influenced his decision to back All Hallows' Eve. The acting was awful, really really cheesy! The first movie was fantastic and I wouldn't mind watching it again. Complete with a bad image caused by age and noise on the videotape. She awakens chained in a room with two other women. It is revealed that she is being stalked by aliens, and as she's dragged off by the aliens, she grabs a sheet which pulls away to reveal a painting of Art the Clown.
Leone did not want to do this so they decided to use footage from both shorts for two of the segments in All Hallows' Eve, and create an all new segment, and wraparound story for the film. You could make a make a better movie that this. All Hallows' Eve is an anthology film. By the way, the clown was in the beginning of this short! Here are some of my observations The first is that most of the acting is extremely bad 2. He comes after her killing everyone in his way.
With regard to reputation, there seem to be three primary complaints about the movie: 1 The director used previously created material, 2 The film is excessively gory, and 3 The acting is bad. I liked the idea of this film, but not the execution. And when it comes down to one thing, it comes off so simple: just scaring people! A turtle would say that this movie needs to pick up the pace. The twist ending is well done, if predictable. Any who, grab a glass of wine, dim the lights and watch! Clearly the better story of the trilogy. The ending must be by far worse.
Did I roll my eyes? The final segment features a college student driving down an isolated road. The second tale is about an alien abduction and the cheesiest of the three tales. All in all, great movie in my opinion. Any legal issues regarding the free online movies on this website should be taken up with the actual file hosts themselves, as we're not affiliated with them. Unfortunate really because the first movie was done almost perfectly and a real follow up would have been great. So this is an anthology film. The only reason I kept watching was reading reviews on here that said it did get better as it went on.
Words cannot describe how God awful this 'movie' was. Over all,All Hallows' Eve is a cheesy, gory film that entertains the horror film lovers and a nod to the horror classics like Halloween, Creepshow and It. And the last one isn't really a gripe but an opinion, not enough Art the clown!!! But I'm just keeping them short and sweet. The film was released on October 29, 2013 and stars Mike Giannelli as a that terrorizes his victims. The editing has all the excitement of an office cubical.
Cast Leone created the character of Art the Clown and featured him in a 2008 short, titled The 9th Circle, and revisited the character in the 2011 short, Terrifier. She is drugged and wakes up in a subway tunnel with two other girls. Now, getting back to the movie. Vignettes are about a demonic clown kidnapping women, a silly looking alien invading a woman's home, and another story of the same clown terrorising another young girl on the highway late at night, with a twist which doesn't seem plausible, so much as it seems like the filmmakers desperately just wanted a pointless surprise twist ending. Eventually Art catches her and she comes to on a crude operating table with her limbs cut off by Art.
